Joining Equity 2030 Alliance: Z-waka’s Commitment to Gender Equity in Healthcare Education

Imagine a woman in a remote region, struggling to access basic health education, maternal care, or family planning. The lack of trained healthcare providers, limited resources, and poor infrastructure leave her without the support needed for a healthy, empowered life. These gaps are not just challenges, they are barriers to the potential of countless women and girls.
To help bridge these gaps, Z-waka is thrilled to announce our membership in the Equity2030 Alliance by UNFPA — a global initiative committed to achieving gender equity in science, technology, and financing by 2030. Envisioning a world of infinite opportunities for all, Alliance seeks to build an equitable future by closing gaps and creating more gender-inclusive solutions in science, technology and financing.

We offer accessible, women-centric healthcare education for professionals in underserved regions, with a focus on topics like family planning, sexual and reproductive health, post abortion care, mental health, and non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
